Order Processing

Our toy-making elves work round the clock to prepare your order in 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons (like the holidays), there might be slight delays – but we promise to work as fast as Lightning McQueen!

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Magical Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction means more to us than Buzz Lightyear’s mission to infinity and beyond!

Items That Can’t Be Returned

To keep the magic safe for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened Plush toys (for hygiene reasons)
• Play Sets with missing pieces
• Action Figures removed from original packaging
• Preschool Shop items with broken safety seals

The Enchanted Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Toy Guardians

Send a message to our customer service elves at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use this template to make the process as smooth as a Disney princess’s song:

Step 2: Wait for Our Response

Our team will respond quicker than a Sports & Outdoor Toys game (within 1-2 business days) with:

• A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
• Instructions for your return or exchange
• Any additional information we might need

Step 3: Package Your Return

Pack your items with as much care as we do, including:

• All original packaging and tags
• Any included accessories (especially important for Dolls and Action Figures)
• The original invoice or packing slip

Refund Magic

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund with the speed of Quicksilver!

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (like sending the wrong Star Wars character or Pixar toy).

Damaged or Wrong Items?
