Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is more important to us than Buzz Lightyear’s mission to infinity and beyond!
⚠️ Important Exceptions:
To keep all our customers safe and ensure the magic stays intact, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened Plush toys (for hygiene reasons)
- Play Sets with missing pieces
- Action Figures removed from original packaging
- Any Preschool Shop items with broken safety seals

Step 2: Wait for Our Response
Our customer service team will respond faster than Lightning McQueen within 1-2 business days with:
- A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
- Instructions for your return or exchange
- Any additional information we might need
Step 3: Package Your Return
Please pack your items with as much care as we do, including:
- All original packaging and tags
- Any included accessories (especially important for Dolls and Action Figures)
- The original invoice or packing slip

Refund Magic
Once we receive and inspect your return (which typically takes 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund with the speed of Quicksilver!

Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your Cars, Trains & RC Toys arrive damaged or you received the wrong Marvel hero, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll make it right faster than you can say “To infinity and beyond!”
